Yes, the certification is the starting point for everything we do. It covers the first accelerator of our Genius Model, which is key to leveraging your results. Without that in place, it can be challenging to get the full value from CLU or to receive the full value from the deeper, identity-level work we do in CLU. Once that groundwork is laid, we can go much deeper, creating meaningful, lasting change for both your business and your life.
No. Whilst many of our clients are from accounting and professional services, the program is designed for any Director, senior leader, or business owner who wants to lead with calm, deliberate confidence, without burning out. If you’re committed to doing the deeper work to grow your business and self, this is for you.
Short answer, no. It won’t count as used. Life happens. Just let us know as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to reschedule or offer alternative support. We’re here to ensure you’re truly supported through the journey.
Every session is recorded and available in your private online library (CORE Portal) for you to access in your own time. The program is designed with flexibility in mind so you can revisit materials whenever you need, without feeling like you’ve fallen behind.
While they’re not compulsory, they are highly recommended. Our clients consistently say the group coaching sessions are one of the most valuable parts of the program. The collective intelligence, connection, and peer support often accelerate transformation in unexpected ways.
